The Award-Winning Design
The villa accommodates sixteen guests across two stories. The first floor features communal recreation areas including a pool table, gymnasium, spa, cinema, kitchen, dining room, living room, and two conference rooms.
On the west side, residents enjoy a living area, private pool, and hammock with views of rice fields and sunset. The master bedroom represents the design’s focal point, elevated above the kitchen and dining spaces, combining masculine and tropical elements with stone and wood.
