I Gusti Ngurah Andri Saputra, a proud Balinese architect, founded Lumbung Architect in 2010. After graduating from Udayana University, he didn't start his own firm right away. He spent years learning the hard way, working at Australian and French architecture firms in Bali to sharpen his craft and discipline.
Raised in Bali, his architectural approach is grounded in Balinese spatial traditions, community-oriented planning, and the relationship between built form and daily life.
Today, Lumbung Architect is a team of 67 professionals with 200+ projects across Bali, Jakarta, Nigeria, and the Bahamas.
The practice focuses on the full design journey, not just documentation.
