Arunata Villa
This 190 square meter villa is designed as a commercial property where Mediterranean character meets tropical living in Bali. As architects, we approached the project with a clear goal to balance visual appeal and long term investment value. Every space is carefully planned to feel open, efficient, and inviting for guests.
The architecture translates Mediterranean elements into a tropical context through soft forms, open living areas, and an earthy palette that reflects local warmth. The layout connects directly to an organic pool, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces while enhancing the guest experience.
Facing a rice field view to the west, the design introduces a secondary skin on the facade to filter sunlight and reduce heat without blocking natural brightness. This allows the villa to remain comfortable throughout the day.
Through thoughtful planning, the villa offers a living experience that feels relaxed and memorable while supporting strong rental potential in Bali.
