Keyara Villa
Keyara Villa is a 6-bedroom project located in Pererenan, Badung, developed in response to the growing demand for larger-capacity villas in an area typically dominated by 2-3 bedroom properties. Built on a 490 sqm plot with a total building size of 406 sqm, the villa is designed as a single compact mass that accommodates up to 12 guests while maintaining spatial comfort and clarity.
The site’s proximity to a river introduced key considerations in land leveling and boundary design, ensuring resilience against potential water level changes. Rather than relying on outward views, the design shifts focus inward, creating a more controlled visual experience through spatial composition and an expressive rear facade.
Material and construction approaches are kept honest and efficient, allowing the project to be not only visually cohesive but also practical to build and durable over time.
